1. Why should I choose ETP over other companies?

2. What do you offer that others do not?

Our packages include some of the latest special effects options currently available. Our editing staff has been trained by film school professionals, so the final video production will not only allow you to revisit and experience the emotions of your special event, but will have entertainment quality that you will be proud to share with your friends and family.

We also offer a preview dvd only a week or two after your event. Not one client has been let down by the preview, a teaser of the upcoming final event DVD, and it serves as an opportunity to get a final say on your dvd after the event has occurred. ETP also gladly will offer any referrals of past clients for further consideration. Feel free to inquire!

3. How long will it take to get my DVD?

It generally takes anywhere from six to eight weeks to receive your copy. We do offer preview DVD’s that can be delivered as early as one to two weeks after your event. (There is a nominal charge.) Understandably, just like in the film industry, it takes times to consolidate hours of raw footage into a seamless piece of entertainment. If you have a special situation that requires a timely delivery, let us know. We will make every effort to accommodate.

Also, each project is different and heavily depends on client participation if an agreement has been made to create a montage with pictures and music. If ETP does not receive the pictures, it becomes harder to complete the final DVD. Every attempt is made to contact and inform along the way but this is why the time factor can usually depend on the client.

4. Do you offer high definition composing and editing?

Yes we do. Quotes for HD are slightly higher and please be advised you need a HD DVD player or blue ray player to play the HD DVD or Blue Ray disc, not only an HD television. Otherwise, you are better off getting a normal DVD. You can also use these for your websites. We come out and film clips and interviews for websites as well providing a final product on DVD that a client can then give to their webmaster to upload to their website.
